Where are the six new steel mills?

If the four of them had stayed home that night, two would still be alive ,one would still have an arm,and one would not be in court on unlawful killing charges.

Yupp, and downtown Kenosha would still have been set on fire by white BLM protesters protesting against other whites for being white...

As-is though:

Either outcome the jury delivers, the fool-at-large count is down.

So, by however little, we're still ahead ....

All colors were well represented in the K-Town riot...oh sorry, the lefties consider it a peaceful protest. So peaceful the fire department did not even need to turn out because there were no fires.

More than just "a little". Really. We are.

A) Even Demonratic controlled Shiddies are armed-up THIS GO to deter the next round of arson & looters.

B) Formerly reliable voter-sheeple are turning away from the Demonrats.

C) Nobody SANE trusts the major fake news feeds any longer. WTH, per Nielsen, they aren't even switching those channels on at all!

D) Downside is we still have a full year of Pelosi-Schumer-Buyed-in-looter-ism disasters, new and ongoing - before a new HR & Senate can even apply the brakes, and three years before corrections can begin to be applied. At the Federal level.

E) Wiser US States are already on the move, some never wavered to begin with. That will have to do. As usual, Federal Republics as they are.

F) The best news is that Buyed-in-looter-ism will have been such BAD news, we probably won't repeat that level of silly s**t for quite a while.

Can't make a decent omelette without asiding the cracked and rotten eggs.

Thank you for your service, Kyle Rittenhouse.

Yet To Do:

If our surplus of fat, chair-warming, over-starred General Ossifiers had but half the balls or judgement, either one, the world would be a safer place.... That needs corrections, and soon as possible.

Pathetic toe-rag for an Attourny General isn't entirely wasted, either.
Exposes the rot in THAT lot of deep state evildoers for a long overdue housecleaning.

Patience.

Valdez is coming...

Lets go bannon.

I don't like him. But he is going to whip-ass in court(s).

You netted or hooked over-confident fish-idiots STILL don't GET it!

Trump was only the BAIT!

Same process as ridding infested genitalia of pubic lice:

- Shave exactly one HALF of your junk.

- Stand by by with an ice-pick and a rusty ballpein HAMMER.

- Set the hairy half of yer junk afire.

- Smash or stab the little f**kers as they run out of the fire.

- Apply "Carolina Reaper" as a salve and antiseptic.

Ga-ron-tee even a TDS-affuckturd slow-learner will move heaven and Earth to avoid any sort of re-infestation!

How hard WAS that?

While I get what you're saying, I think you're forgetting one thing: them cracked, rotten eggs are nursed by mother/father geese that are either just as rotten as the lay, or
was made toothless enough as to be incapable to eat their own young after the hatch.

SOMEBODY has to buy earbuds, dirigible-altitude pick-em-up-trucks, abort their fetuses, take a COVID booster every quarter, murder their bed-partners and kinders, loot and shoot each OTHER, eat junk food, consume all those OTHER drugs .... and fatally OD.

You surely didn't think it was conservatives doin' that s**t, didja?

Just because Darwin let the cat out of the bag didn't mean natural selection ceased.

If anything, the rate has been accelerating. I kid you not.

Major die-off coming?

Sewercidal Demonrat evidence says the probability is VERY high and climbing for an overdue natural "correction".

Dependency on loot and taxpayer largesse?

Waddya suppose happens when the teat rots off?

Oh.
Rittenhouse.

-He never should have been there armed or not.

-The skateboard guy was not focused on the mission.
He went in trying to hit Rittenhouse kid with board when Rittenhouse was on his back with the rifle behind him flat on the ground at end of outstretched arm.
Just stand on that rifle and it would have been over.

-The handgun guy.
Drew his weapon why- to control someone with a rifle who is shooting it?
Fat bloody chance- he should also not have been there -or- draw and shoot.

The whole thing was a fiasco of people who were untrained wielding weapons and turned into the mess it was.

Everyone was there due to echoes of things that had occurred before with different outcomes.

Rittenhouse was acting on the ideal of social responsibilities to defend property against disorder.
-See Katrina roof top guys with rifles.

Skateboard kid was there to fuck things up.
-See every protest where the gang on crap happened in the last five years.

Pistol guy was there thinking he can also 'police' others.
-See security guy just a couple of weeks back who disarmed the guy who had pulled a rifle out of the police car.

Watching it unfold that night made me wince.
Complete shit show from act one.

Rittenhouse should get some protections for self defense but no leeway where that is not strictly true.
But.... being an "active shooter" make those trying to contain him something less than assailants.

Good luck with that mess courts....

Pistol guy should get the weapons charges for his foolishness.

Good luck with that mess courts....

They are not charged with sorting the ENTIRE mess, T.

If the facts are in line, each "ultimate confrontation", with what has been presented and argued in Court, they render a verdict.

On each of those singular confrontations.

The facts. Only. "Law" is NOT their job. It is the Judge's job. That's how a Court works.

The overall situation is gnarly as Hell, yes.

Each decision, taken one at a time? Not so much.

So long as... the Jury focuses on that.

And does not bring in their OWN "political bias" ... or fear of intimidation.

Note the attempts already being aimed at them.. and at the Judge.. that wants to FORCE a guilty verdict .. as "popular".

It doesn't look as if it IS "popular", BTW. Not locally.

And "locally" - where it all went-down - not in the twilight-zone of ever so many half-wits on fake news or the decomposing remains of one quarter-wit in the White house - is the only place it matters.

Of course and that is not what I said or implied.

The courts must somehow separate the propriety question from each instance where the weapon was fired.

Civil code does not empower citizens to maintain order through the use of arms so there is no defense that sanctioned duty was being pursued.
"Brandishing a weapon" is a criminal trespass so the case must start there.

This case is fraught with political bias- yours included so good luck finding that anyone can view this objectively.

Surely it does. Including power of arrest.

Arson is not covered by the First Amendment!

:)

A Citizen arresting just (ordinarily) lacks the power to 'transport".

Mayhap you are thinking of the Feudal System of Continental Europe?

Even English Law was closer to our own. Family business since the 1500's after all. England then (Constables, Magistrates, Lawsters, Sheriffs..) , Virginia, later, (much the same..) and/or Commissioned Officers.. but near-as-dammit no gaps to present generation.

Citizenry has the right and responsibility. Arson situation most of all.

We empower Sheriffs and Police Departments to act in our stead.

So long as Civil Authority is PRESENT... and is "functional", they have the con. They may, in turn "deputize" one or more individuals FROM among the citizenry, or, if larger force is required, raise the Posse Comitatus.

County Sheriff would have been within his remit to have DONE that as Kenosha was going up in flames. Sheriffs are responsible directly to the citizenry of their County. Not to the Governor. Nor President.

First act of a new Sheriff in a newly-created County?

Appoint the first Judge. Not the other way around.

Authority?

See Loudoun County, Virginia Sheriff's reaction to the School Board IDIOT asking him for a SWAT team .. and a lot more.

The posturing fool was told-off - firmly. Very! That made the news, BTW. Look it up.

In the absence - or dereliction - of our chosen surrogates, however? Right and responsibility of supporting our society of law reverts to the citizenry.

We hadn't abdicated our rights, after all.

Only delegated them.

Kyle wasn't the best of examples, no. Wiser, more mature folks should have been controlling. That they WERE NOT is where the tragedy lies.

There should not have been even ONE building burnt, nor ONE person shot.

If the lesson is properly taken, one may hope that NEXT time there will not be.

Citizens have no sanctioned right to stop protest.
The police there had no sanctioned right to stop protest.

Was a riot declared at time of shootings?
Curfew in place?

Was Rittenhouse in violation of curfew?

Rittenhouse was wittily or not a combatant.
Protesters on one side and anti protesters on the other.

The mess that resulted leaves him no protections outside of parsing each weapon discharge as being justified or not.

You're about six months behind. Biz license expired, getting papers updated, virus makes return a paperwork maze. Working on it, I promise you. (btw, have the signatures of the past four or five secretaries of state ... Clinton, Rice, Tillerman, somebody else. Kerry ? But they have their secretaries sign for them, alas, so probably no value :()

Ignoring the god-give part of this, Rittenhouse was not defending himself. He took a rifle and travelled to a place where he did not live and had no property so he could play big-dick vigilante. He went out looking for trouble, then when it happened he killed two unarmed people, one of whom was literally a mental case and had nothing to do with any protests rioting or looting. Then he cried on the stand. Sorry, kid, you asked for it, if you get prison for several years you'll deserve it.

His father lived there. There goes your narrative

The prosecutor for the Kyle Rittenhouse trial obviously took his gun safety class at the same school that he got his law degree from.
If Alec Baldwin was watching the trial he had to have jumped up and screamed NOOOOOOO! When the idiot pointed the gun at people with his finger on the trigger.

Little Binger the prosecutor was pointing the rifle at the jury with his finger on the trigger. The photo us cropped to not show the jury. The prosecution stated there is no such thing as right or left hand guns.

Kenosha is a shit hole run by Democrats.

Bill the defense is not arguing that Rittenhouse is provided protections for being in pursuit of protected actions outside of self defense.
The reason that argument is not being provided is due to none being present.

Surely it does. Including power of arrest.
