Hi Denis, this is not complicated. Repeating what I wrote above: 20”/2mm sounds like the vial markings are spaced 2mm apart and that 2mm of bubble motion corresponds to 20 arcseconds of angular motion. That is about 0.0001 radians, so 0.0012 inches per foot in USA parlance. Summary: put that... -
