Hi Garwood, The IGBT's in the PSR4/5A-250 check out ok. I did replace the one directly connected to the regen resistor because I had already purchased the replacement but it obviously made no difference. I was sitting in front of my Arrow 750 the other day, deburring a part, when the external regen resistor burst into flames. The PSR is getting voltage when the contactor makes a connection after pressing the green button for the second time, about 135V across the three input connectors at the bottom of the device.
