Sorry but i do not think i can help you. I have an LCD conversion on my FP4NC that works well. I got the "Kit" from Deckel Doctor (Don Sentner)
The kit had all the wiring/electronics already done , pretty much just plug and play.
For the info you seek i would try Martin who posts on the board. Believe he knows how to do a LCD conversion and the wiring hookup.
If not , you could contact Don Sentner. He of course knows , not sure he would share however.....
