This is how it looks after some trys at scraping...and high polished dots are really hard to see, so I mark every one with a permanent marker before I scrape further for more points

Hi Richard and Peter
Can I ask one question...why my contact points get really tiny when I scrape with Biax power scraper is this normal. I use blade 90 radius with 10-12mm of stroke for roughing narrower surfaces and then switch to 60 radius and 5mm stroke for further more precise high spot...
Only difference between 564 or Biax original motor to 700 quick was at the 4 flute gear shaft that the shaft is ground to 7mm all the way to the bearing while original has 7mm diameter of gear and then it extends to 8mm before the bearing. But I think that will not alter the performance as much...
I think I can call it a happy ending...Ebay seller and I settled for partial refund of 100€ and then bought this Metabo ST EP 700 quick which I think is in good shape for the same amount of €. It even has a stronger motor as original. It's almost a shame to disassemble such a quality jig saw ;)

I just want to let you know for those who are searching for special grease for high speed frequency motors from Deckel LK I researched a bit and noticed that Isoflex Super TEL is rated to 1M rpms while this new Kluberspeed bf 72-22 is rated to 2M rpms. So I went with it, im quite shore this...
The bearing is S6003 which dimensions are 17X40X12mm. So 40x60.000=240.0000 The hi frequency heads are two types 15-30k and 30-60k rpms
From this as I see Isoflex NBU 15 wont do the job. I talked to Kluber representative and he recommended Klüberspeed BF 72-22 grease and he said this grease is...
