How to center drills in the lathe?
I suspect that you are pecking too hard and too fast. The face of the drill is getting embedded into the work and then snapping off. Try to run a cycle without pecking. Just go slow on the feed and try to direct as much coolant into the hole as possible. See if there is any improvement. I...- Imechura
