Road a '78 FX for 25+ years and tried to make it look more like a '70 FLH over those years. Sold it to my cousin and he doesn't ride it!!??? It sits in my garage and I get to put some miles on it.
I'm on a '04 FLHT now. Really miss the shovel, though.

Limited storage area, but can get pick up truck under roof
Have car trailer with questionable floor, but can plywood temporary.
F150 Truck is old but does work
200 to 300 miles, maybe more for urgent need, truck/trailer is limiting factor.
I am willing to help but not always able, Liver transplant recipiant. Can and want to stop meltdown of old iron. Have open air storage area in 'country' for passing loads. Motels close by for resting haulers. Other than that I know not what I can contribute.
