Hello, I have a part that requires slots in it that are .080 wide and .800" deep. I tried a mini endmill, but when the tool got down around .65" deep it started to deflect so I switched to a carbide saw blade. It works much better, but it need to make the slots a little wider. Help, Fatal Error!
For anyone else having this problem. There is a fuse on the "Transducer I/F" board in the Dynapath rack. The fuse in mine was fine, but the fuse holder had some corrosion on it so I cleaned it off and put the fuse back in and the machine starts up now. Does anyone have a working tree j325 with a delta 20?
I was wondering if anyone has a tree j325 that can tell me what the initial Startup screen says. Im looking for the messages that says Which checks it runs at startup. I think it should say "no fault" or something Like that is the message line.- Madpickinskills

Help, Fatal Error!
Hello, I'm having the same problem with my J325. I was wondering if you have figured it out? I noticed that there are 3 finger-sized fuses in the cabinet that the dynapath rack is in, labeled 1FU, 2FU, and 3FU. If I put my volt meter on them I get readings on all of them except 3FU. Tree - dyanpath delta 20 loading programs from a pc
Hello, Is there anyone that can walk me through the steps for loading a g-code program from a pc to the delta 20? I have an rs-232 cable made per the manuals specs. Is it program mode->load-> set the parameters-> press load program? Or do I have to be in the terminal mode to load from a pc?- Madpickinskills

Hello, Thanks for the replies. The phase adder was made by Eylander Electric in Washington state. It's a 20hp model. As far as the wild leg, I guess I dont know the answer to that.
