Slightly OT: shop floor leveling

What is the key to finding a replacement key for a Yakawi 3 mm drill chuck?

Lathe Info needed

Repairing/band-aiding old drill press
Is the table square to the spindle? Install the largest machine drill or a straight round in the chuck. Then check the table with a square or draftsmen's triangle. Concrete floor offset...what product for a 'ramp'?
Buy a pressure treated 2x8 . It will be 1-1/2" thick . Fasten to the concrete. Then a 3x4" 1x6 fastened up against the 2x 8 .
