I'm wiring a old milling machine up for a friend.
No wiring diagram, but I took pictures of motor name plate and terminals inside pecker head.
I look up on line and it seems to me it's wired correctly for 230V.
Just want to be sure before I hook it up.
Thanks for any help!!

Need to test a Ronk phase converter at

Need to purchase a breaker to test

Thanks for any help!

The torx is not loose. I know about the sobbing!! LOL
I have read that a masonry bit is carbide and with a little sharping it will drill right thru. I have a cnc mill and will set it up in the morning and have at it. We need this done so the farmer (me) can get back in the field. To replace...
No thru hole. Blind. It is a 8" round 2" thick 303 stainless.
4 bolt holes drill and tapped. This is on a liquid fertilizer unit
and the bolts were pretty much ate away. I was lucky to get 3 of the
4 out. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the last one out.
Thanks for the replies!!

Hi all, hope everyone is well! I don't post here very often but read alot and learn.
I've got two 1/4-20 allen bolts broke off in 303 stainless.
I drilled a 1/8" hole in the bolts right down the center. I tapped a torx bit in the 1st bolt, back and forth and it came right out.
The second one...
I used the same drive. My first VFD.
Learned quite a bit.
So far so good. I don't do any heavy
milling so will not tax the drive.
I power it up every so often as I have
read about some people having trouble with
caps that have set for long periods.

Thanks for the replies!! Reading thru the manual it
gets confusing cause they have you jump from section to
section for the details.
I think the safest way is just to kill power as I have
the breaker on the front panel of the drive.
Thanks again for your thoughts.

I have a Wj200015sf VFD running my
Bridge Port Clone.
I'm hooking up the controls and have
the standard forward, and reverse hooked
up.
According to the manual when the run switch
is opened the drive goes into stop.
So far so good.
Now what do I activate to ensure the drive
won't...
I have a wj200015sf. This is a single phase input.
I got the mill running with the drive but I can not for the
life of me find where to set the speed / frequency and store it,
so when I power up the drive and press the run key on the drive
it starts up to the stored setting. Lots of info in the...
It's automatic. Put the circuits on the transfer switch to the max load
of the generator and everything is automatic.
Got 1/2 the wiring done.
Thanks for the help!!

Yes, transfer switch has 16 circuits. I have plenty of
breaker space just need to lengthen some circuits.
I've got the transfer switch installed and a 2" PVC
conduit between new breaker box and transfer switch.
Some circuits are in breaker box, but some have to go
to the transfer switch. It's...
