There also should be a Tool- P/B on the main panel, does this one work ? Check with wiring diagram, does the CNC- O/P come ? Check wiring. Again check Machine constants, especially from 1000 to 30000.

Hello Alex,
It would be good to take out Hard Drive and make a copy of it- but be careful not to make ANY (very important) Changes to the disk- it will not start again!!
If not sure, do not touch the Hard Drive!
First switch machine into English:
(Always Look into operators manual for...
Hello Alex,
The first problem is the BIOS, which will be gone without battery power. Further on SRAM (Batt.backed) will be gone which hold the machine constants (MC), tools, parameters etc.
If there is no copy of the machine constants, there is a problem, as each DMU 50 is similar, but the MC`s...
The problem with the PE1927/xx power supply is a well known problem. The 1927 etc. P/S components have reached their end of life and are VERY DANGEROUS still to be used in the control. The Mill Plus has no over temperature protection, so if the P/S overheats, IT WILL JUST BLOW UP AND BURNING...
Hello MahoMachinist,
Can you please provide us with the software id number, so we can give further information? It sounds like you have the 532 LBX bus-version. A battery change would mean that you would lose all the machine constants, so you will definitely need them.

Hello,
Its a WNG. i.e. a warning. The E xx Errors are PLC errors, generated in the plc sw, made by Graziano. There should be an error text displayed, when the help(?) Key is pressed. If the E01 comes after a few sec's it normally indicates a timer. Our guess is that it is lubrication warning...
Hello,
This is good news. The gr200c and 200e should be very similar. Maybe a bit of tuning on the axis-limits and checking the mc from about 1000 to 1500 (plc machine specific constants) would be in order.
We wish you luck.

1) It is possible that the keyboard does not function correctly due to loss of data.
On some control software versions the keyboard has to be specified when the control is first powered on (or after loss of data).
Power down, press and keep...
Hello,
We will try and answer your questions.
1) First the machine constants have to be entered. We hope you have a printout or a list of them.
To enter is very easy; press the MC key on the keyboard. A soft key "operator mc" will show. Press and go to MC 80. Change C0 to C1- enter-store...
Hello Tomp,
Yes, on the older MAHO 432 /Philips 3360 controls, the electronic was mounted behind the Flat-Panel.
(we are guessing it's a gray panel, without Soft keys (F1-F5) below the screen)
1. Establish the SW Version
a) Switch on and press MENU (or TEST)
b) Select machine constants
