Well there is a couple of ways to go. first you need to decide what gear box you want to go with. If your lathe would shipped with a gearbox it would have been a single lever box, but you can put the new double lever box on it or if you can find one a wide range gearbox. The gearbox your decide to go with will dictate what other parts you will need. I found that the double lever gear box required the least amount of part all you need is a new lead screw, gearbox and the right gears for the banjo 80 tooth Idle, 56 tooth change gear and 20 and 40 tooth stud gear.
