    i read your post about switching a Hass macro, and i would be very interested to know more about the edit.
    we would like to accomplish this with our Hass machines also.

    'By default, the Haas probe macros set diameter of the tool, thus necessitating programming part edge, not cutter center. Thats OK if thats what you want to do. If, however, you want to program cutter center and have your probe routine measure the difference between nominal and actual (AKA, wear), theres a fairly easy edit you can make to one of the macro programs to allow this. Let me know if you want this edit. I use it on ours, since we program cutter center. '
