Condensate can usually be drained out through a wall.
If you want clean floor, get a floor scrubber like a Tennent or similar. Run properly, the floor will be clean and dry behind the path of the machine, with dirty water vacuumed up and small debris swept into a catch trough.
Might still be true. All the slabs I see stored in MSI's yard are about 2" thick.
