The fine print on the auction limits you to 3 winning bids unless you have purchased from them in the past. Also if you are winning a bid but are below the reserve it counts against your limit of 3. Pretty stupid system and they say they cannot change it. So be careful what you bid on if you...
It doesn't matter now as someone else snapped it up while I was trying to source a rigger to put in on my trailer. Could have gotten it for $2800. I need a rigger on standby or buy a roll back or small crane truck....
Folks I may have a lead on a K&T 310 No 3 10HP TF series horizontal mill serial number 15-8359. It is the universal model and has a dividing head and gears. Anyone have any thoughts on this mill compared to the older models? Any links to parts or user manuals. I would imagine this machine...
Folks looking to complete purchase of a K&T 2K vertical mill next week. Serial number is 12-5338. I am trying to get a rough idea on the weight of this machine as I need to provide a means for loading it on my gooseneck trailer at the sellers. I have a tele-handler that will lift roughly 5500...
Unfortunately my time has been spent working on my American Pacemaker rebuild, winter farm equipment maintenance, and getting ready for sugaring season. I also need to figure out how to pull the ram off the shaper so I can clean and re-scrape ways.

Yes, chatted with them this evening, they are providing more pics in the morning. I noticed that the end casting on the left hand side of the table is broken off. I am curious if you can find a used or replacement for that?
Not a horizontal but would be a fun project... Moving it around might be a bit of an issue.

Definitely for my own enjoyment not in it to make money. I was a software engineer for 30 years, no interest in computers anymore. :-) Now if I had a product idea to produce then I would venture into CNC but not that inventive...
