I agree everything should be above board, honest and transparent. Anything after that falls under “value added” Which should determine the size of the “cut” A $500 finders fee. Sure. That’s fair I suppose. I run the standard pump as well. The 1000psi will make more pressure but will not flow as much volume of coolant. Haas vector drive repair.....who to use?
If your price sensitive some places sell sections of the drive. Mine only needed a new daughter board inside. Saved several grand going that route. Too bad the chip that failed was a programmed chip. They where only a few bucks but no way of knowing the logic in the chip :/ -

What are the best end-mills???
Standard 2008 vf2 with a 10,000rpm spindle option. I think I turned on the hsm option for that vid. Not 100% sure I think the ss gets a 30hp spindle?? I know my 20hp spindle is pretty weak on torque. Mid 40’s in torque from 1200-10,000 -

What are the best end-mills???
My 2008 vf2 in 1018steel. 2006 Tm-1 I had to go a lot lighter, lost too much torque at high rpm. -

My only complaint with the bamboo X1 ( and I’m sure the rest built on that frame) is they advertise 10x10 build space. But you need to modify the printer to get this by removing the filament cutter “bumper” (front left corner) and modifying the programming (something like that) I was pretty...- Stirling

Tpu is a very soft printable. Toucan select the shore hardness you want and print it. Or combine it with other materials. Some people print rc rims with spongy tires printed with tpu. All one pc.
