    We have service represetatives in Joliet Ill and Davenport Iowa. We would send one of them to your plant to regrind the taper in question.
    With you replacing the bearings, the runout figures will be better than a new spindle and the contact to the tool holder will be 95% plus.
    Our technicians are equipted with a retention gage so we can check your tool retention both before we grind and after we grind so you will know what you have when we are done.
    Let us know if we can be of service.
    A ball park figure for the regrind would be approximately $700.00. Probably a little less.
