    Toe-Jacks: recommendations?

GKS Perfekt is my very favorite. Costly, but the best I know of.

    Finding Hyster Serial Number

Looked all over this thing for a hidden serial number. Data plate is gone. Looked on the flat of the frame where the battery sits, and on opposite side even removed air cleaner. I think it's an H80(xl?) but maybe someone on here can tell me where the stamped serial number resides. Believe it...

Looking for Rigger in Austin TX area anyone could recommend

If anyone could recommend someone, it would be a big help. Preferably someone you've had experience with. I have a small lathe and a screw machine in Georgetown TX to get onto a truck. Someone familiar with lathes who could make sure I get the accessories. Richard

    Dean Smith Grace Lathe Owners

Is this the one that came from down in Georgia? I was about to get it. :-)

Good "Will Ship" Starter/Alternator Shop You'd Recommend

Good morning. Owner of local alternator/starter shop passed away. We've taken heavy equipment and automotive starters/alternators to this place for decades. Never much problem or hassle. Son and daughter-in-law have it now. Their "new" approach to business leaves much to be desired. I...

    John Deere Parts Source

After looking for main-bearing bolts, I decided the old OEM ones were probably less scary than the mysteriously-sourced bolts I'd get from somewhere today. Anything I thought I'd like was out of stock, and cheapies I could get my hands on were not in my comfort zone. I'm sure many others ended...

I think these people are exactly who I was looking for, thanks.

    John Deere Parts Source

Who does everyone trust for good new John Deere parts without paying an arm and a leg? I'm rebuilding a 6414 naturally aspirated diesel for a forklift. I'm leery, like anyone, of something too cheap, but inflated parts costs are also a no-no. This engine should be no problem sourcing in both...

    Royal Milling Machine

Yes, that's the route many of us have to go to identify and maintain our stuff.

    Royal Milling Machine

Maybe someone can recognize it as a machine going under a different name, which also came from Taiwan. Here are photos of the thing. I'd like to find a manual on it, just to show how some feed box gears go back into it. :D

    Radial Arm Drill search

I've got a Morris Mor-Speed we've used for years and I've been thinking about selling to put in a big Carlton one. Pretty stout with a #5 Morse taper. Might have other stuff you'd like to look at too. Richard

    Royal Milling Machine

Does anyone know what happened to Royal milling machines from Taiwan? Are these machines sold under another name now? Hoping to find info to fix one. Richard

Davis 15 Keyseater Wiring Diagram? Anyone have it?

Can't find it anywhere, Davis Keyseater, model 15, serial 15-59 Someone has toyed with this thing's wires. I'd like to find a wiring diagram. Maybe someone has it. Hansford Davis told me they don't supply it. Thanks in advance for anything useful. Richard

Looking for Physically Shorter Gear Pump

You're exactly right, but I assumed everyone would be thinking 1500 to 2500 psi range. That's sort of where pumps doing this duty "live".

Looking for Physically Shorter Gear Pump

Yes, you are right to think it's kind of high, but this is a 15 ton forklift. This spec was in the repair manual for this lift. The pump also did some other duties, such as evacuating an oil clutch bellhousing, and running a clutch power-booster on demand, which I'm making go bye-bye with...

Looking for Physically Shorter Gear Pump

Pump changeout is part of an engine/transmission upgrade. It fits into the implement socket of an Allison CRT3531-3 transmission, hence the splined shaft. The old pump was driven off the former engine with a drive shaft, and there is no longer room for that. To keep the Hyster repair manual...

Looking for Physically Shorter Gear Pump

Parker Series 20 Aluminum bushing gear pumps catalog allowed me to built it in a modular way. SAE C mount, SAE C spline, 5 and 2 cui inch piggypack style. Thanks for some of these replies, not all. It gets here next Friday.
