If the diameter you are probing to set your WCS is the same one you need to verify, you can use variable #188 which is the measured size of your probed feature. Then run a couple IF statements that verify the size is within tolerance. If not jump to an alarm.
There aren’t any, people just like to complain about things they don’t understand. The software itself is more than adequate for most parts that run through most shops. ITAR Compliance is its main drawback and the reason it’s not in more shops.

Once you edit your post processor and save it, as long as you call up that same processor next time you post, it will run through it with the changes you already made. You shouldn't need to edit your processor every time you post, regardless of what software you are using.
