Very good plan. If you are modifying the engine to increase output, look at moving peak torque to a higher rpm. Even if a different camshaft or what ever. Maybe propane injection, increasing spray pressure, etc. -

Thanks for responding. I failed to put the correct number in. P30001 it is. And Yes overvoltage is probably the problem. This unit was bought by an owner that did not know the difference or importane of voltage. The owner has the machine installed in a building that has 240v, 3ph. Last...- muckalee

With new cable and correct commissioning chart, I consistently get P3000 fault. And the new download rom Seimens has the chart for codes. I am checking the conditions that are listed for the 3000 code.- muckalee

Making a "helicoil"
I have used an epoxy from West to repair wood components. I think it was called G flex West system epoxy. I needed to fill a void created by loss of wood as well and filed a piece of scrap to get a filler the same color and texture as the original wood. -

Strange phenomenon in machined steel tube after machining and black oxidation.
So, you state that you are not machining inside the tube. Some previous operation, machining or inspection is being performed by someone. Check for the pattern in the tubes as soon as you receive the tubes. Or ask up the supply chain, someone will know. -

Looking for Physically Shorter Gear Pump
your gallons per minute and physical size requirement, may require two pumps, plumbed parallel. Since you are designing, look at more options. Be sure you look at fluid velocity in the 53 gpm system to size the plumbing. I forget the the max rate. But
