At the bottom of the window that pops up you will see 2 rulers and a calculator.
Select the ruler on the right to scale it from metric to inches. This will make it smaller by a ratio of 25.4:1
I had to do this same thing on our Genos M560, but in 4150pht.
Used our 1-3/8 DS20 drill initially.
Then used the Sandvik RA210 HFM with a 6" long extended shell mill arbor holder.

Maybe with these inserts...
EN24T is just 4340 here in the U.S. Nothing special just a little harder to machine.
Run it about 70% as fast as you would a mild steel and you should be golden.
Go to a smaller corner radius on your insert to help with the chatter and adjust your depth of cut and feed rate accordingly...
Also those little 8" square granites with an indicator are very handy for comparing sizes. Not too pricey either.

I made a 9" cutter 4 inserts for finish face milling some large 7075 plates on our Okuma M560. The plates were larger than our travel with a 4" cutter so I made a cutter that would cover the entire part in Y.
I think we used PCD inserts but I can't remember offhand.
Used a 1-1/2" side lock end...
We know it's not.
But the "expensive" machines add quality of life that you can't get from a torch.
Quicker swapout, quicker cooldown, which means you get back to making chips quicker. And they heat up in like 5 seconds virtually removing the need for gloves because the end mill hasn't had a...
D2 shouldn't move but only a couple of tenths, but I haven't cut that stuff in years so I could be wrong.
Is 8620 carb & harden 58/62Rc an option?
You'd have to finish the diameters and lengths after heat treat though, just leave .01"-.02" on diameter.
But you can have them leave threads soft...
