Brother CNC insert body needs?
Opinions? If you had a turn-mill at your disposal, what type of insert cutter is underserved in the market today? High feed through using unused edges of a CNMG432, for instance? Just one nutty idea... Ps Not sure why there isn't a Brother forum. -

Macturn Disk brake calipers dragging / stuck on
Machining 4 axis slots was going fine until the dreaded SVP alarm. Undeterred, I restarted the turning portion of the program only to find out that the brakes were still on which let out some smoke. . Anyone have experience with this happening? -

Optical Drip Sensor alarms. Older MacTurn. I'm dying here :-(
Out of the blue, this fiber optic drip sensor just up and quit sending a signal when a drip occurs. So, within under a minute of locking the C-axis the machine alarms out. The calibration routine attached doesn't seem to be helping, as step 5) never shows the "8" or "9". And it could be... -

Mori Hori 2001 era with Lube issue
Ive got this mori horizontal where the guides and screws all look dry (and very unfortunately the Y axis is noisy). Any how the machine is equipped with two oil units that appear to be working. Easy to say as they are the oil dropper design where you can see oil dripping through the sight...- mkd

ID clamping no control light osp7000L
Hi guys, Trying to do some ID chuck clamping. I switched the parameter from 0 to 1 but the in position light on the control panel never activates. All seems well with the limit switch, as I even tried different positions with red and green prox-switch lights working fine. No problems with OD... -

Haas Alarm 628 (M) ATC ARM POSITIONING ERROR
