My Marposs was quite inaccurate on the new install of my 460-5ax. Turns out the stock sensor mount while machined nice was not perpendicular to the spindle. SAE porting tool question
I have Remer and Pilot from SCT. The Pilot I have had it gall a few times in aluminum. We always kept some clearance. Probably operator error.. All the others I picked up reamer and they run nice. We don't use the reamer though. Might get the NO to see. We only run them in Alu.- TrollTuner

New Machine day!!!
Mainly used to just turn it on and off with pass through after the roughing operations. Now I have been playing with Automatic in the Fusion post. It mostly works ok. Okuma Genos M560/M660 air requirements?
On my 560 (2016) we have had to bump the pressure in the back when using side air blast. (not much just make sure it stays above the .5 low limit when running the air) Otherwise we get that low pressure alarm. It seems to be flow through the regulator. Ercolina bender dies machined incorrectly

Shut down with tool in spindle???
On My Haas machines we had to leave it empty after running them hard or they would stick in the spindle. On the Brother and the Okumas we never leave it empty to keep the chips out.- TrollTuner

Through spindle coolant suppliers.
We made the CTS pump on the brother quick connect to the Genos 560 and 460-5ax. Requires air purge on tool change. Mine has air through tool already. We built the air into the tool change macro. Using the conveyor wash pump output. So no wiring was needed. Over buy on the filter...- TrollTuner

Custom Rapid Overrides
The Brother Can be changed per position on the knob. My Okuma lathe goes to 200% rapid.. ( doesn't change speeds but makes you feel better at the end of a rush job Haha- TrollTuner

Retention knob wrench/socket. Which is your favorite?
I have an old ct40 socket that we just keep facing the end down when it gets bellmouthed. That might be a super cheap solution. If you get one really stuck in there one of the hammer / impact drivers that looks like a big screwdriver works great.- TrollTuner
