Help Identify the maker of this Steady rest clamp

Wanted: Drawer latch for Cabinet
I am looking for a latch and knob assembly for a 1943 SB Heavy 10 lathe. It has the cabinet with U shaped legs and 3 drawers on the right. One drawer has no latch. Metric threading on a Single tumbler Heavy 10
I have a 1943 toolroom Heavy 10. It is equipped with the large end cover with a plate describing which gears are required to cut which metric gears. I have no extra loose gears.
