How easy is it to kill a Haas VMC spindle?
Recently the spindle in my 2013 Mini-Mill went out. I got 8 years of use out of it, maybe a few thousand hours of spindle run time. tooling marks on corner radius when profile milling
Seems there is always a little tooling mark on the corners of parts I machine on Haas mills. I usually round corners with a .010" radius.
