It also seems to be possible to crash the D11 with questionable program lines.... Sometimes I work on parts that have already gone through many stages of production. As with Bosch, the card is equipped with an optimization card, which the producer tuned to me perfectly according to the servo motors for X/Y and Z and taking the age of the motors into account. Mr. Methfessel is also very friendly, helpful and approachable over the phone.- Gloryrates500

I have attached the pictures of the cards from "msrtec" which Martin described above. I installed my cards in a MIKRON WF3 DCM with Heidenhain TNC150. They are of extremely high quality....but the prices for a set were also very high. I needed them because the original BOSCH cards were causing...- Gloryrates500

I probably overdid it a bit with M7 (additional lubricating impulse) in a program (thousands of G1 "tiny steps" from CAM) and emptied the slideway oil-container. I put another chip in for demonstration. It's not immediately apparent when looking directly at the keyboard from above. It's easier to see from this perspective. And it actually blocks the whole keyboard so that no more inputs are possible...- Gloryrates500
