Is that a serious question? I want to find a better version of the same bolt for my customer, where there's much less clearance between the shaft and the bearing. I thought rather than just ask for that, especially as a new forum member trying to leverage knowledge before having really...- good.darts

It is a fixed axle in that application, however appears to be much more like a bolt or coupler/connector, hence the use of fixing in the thread title- good.darts

Thanks everybody for the serious input and ‘avin a larf with this fun topic! We use to have those down here, but stopped making them when we got funny looks or hung up on… No, it doesn’t go through Like the sound of those but couldn’t seem to back it up on google Would the split pin hole...- good.darts

Spec: 16mm hex, with 4mm hole and circumferential channel for split pin 8mm dia x 19mm deep hole down from top of hex head 14mm dia shoulder, flattened to 11.5 mm 8mm dia x 25 mm long shaft, internally threaded with M4 x 0.5 mm good luck! :D Bonus points for identifying the...- good.darts
