    It is a fixed axle in that application, however appears to be much more like a bolt or coupler/connector, hence the use of fixing in the thread title

    If you can! Spec: 16mm hex, with 4mm hole and circumferential channel for split pin 8mm dia x 19mm deep hole down from top of hex head 14mm dia shoulder, flattened to 11.5 mm 8mm dia x 25 mm long shaft, internally threaded with M4 x 0.5 mm good luck! :D Bonus points for identifying the...
