    Eccentric live milling on LB3000 help

    I need to mill a 3.50 dia. pocket, .25 deep, 1.0 inch off of center on the end of a steel part. First attempt using G132 looked like an eye. Any help appreciated.

    5.0 dia 6061 trepanned slugs for sale

    We start with 6.5 dia 6061 sawed 2.62 in long and make a tube by trepanning both side. Leaves a beautiful 4.955 dia. x 2.562 long slug. We have over 50 of these. $25.00 each plus shipping.

    I’ve been going back and forth on the best way to hold a part and it keeps coming back to a 2 or 4 jaw hydraulic chuck.     Okuma LC30 Chip conveyor needed

    If anyone has any leads on a replacement chip conveyor for my LC30, I would certainly appreciate it. Needs to be a 12” belt, fit into a 16” wide slot in the bed casting and a flat section of 6 feet. Many thanx! Drake
