Yeah the coils are water cooled on most any induction system over 1.5kW output so they don't melt. And multi turn coils are used to get a longer heat zone and eliminate the 'cold spot' of the coil. This is where the leads are and it's almost nil with multi turns. Although on this shrink... -

The merch gets shipped through the system and winds up in the big Milwaukee post office before it's spit out to my little burg 30 miles west. This arrives in Milw normally. Way oil - what is the magic of Vactra
Just a side note on vactra from a hobbyist. A lowly South Bend Lathe and it's been fed vactra for the 30 years I've had it in my basement shop. Bearing/shaft interference
Just a note: Be careful heating bearings. Ball and roller bearings are made from 52100 spherodized hardened to around 60-62 C. Heating above 350F will start tempering the alloy back. At the 250 you're going to, no problem.
