Which mill? Can you turn the handle at all to move it manually? Is just the knee stuck in place or the handle also will not turn?
If it is just the knee itself, then make sure the handle is loose and try to jack the knee a bit GENTLY either behind the screw or in front.. hard to say without...
Just FYI for everyone reading this, the State College Central items (from SteveM's response to OP) have a new link since this thread was posted:

I was glad the dead links did not mean the...
I need to find ways to plot sales and vendor information from spreadsheets or text or word processing files onto a map.
Have any of you guys needed to do this? Does anyone have any idea how to do this without manually plotting everything?
I have a number of different types of lists of...
I hear you. I'm not actually worried, but now I don't like that obvious info I would want when buying oil to be so difficult to pin down. It shouldn't be this hard to know.
There is no Tractor Supply store near me, so I had to wait until I was driving near one again, which was today.
UNLIKE...
I really appreciate all of your opinions.
Anyone know how the hell to find out the actual specs on this oil? Does TS make it hard to find specific specs on purpose? Their website is useless. All you can do is search the name of a tractor, instead of just saying what the effing oil actually...
Thanks so much John,
I wonder what is in there right now.. It looks quite green actually, and had a bit of a smell. It sat in a storage unit for 15 years before I got it.
It is probably a good thing I am about to change that oil out.

I have a squarehead 13 inch Regal.
I’m getting mixed information on this particular oil I found at Tractor Supply, whether it is detergent or non-detergent:
Traveller “Premium Tractor Hydraulic Fluid” T806391...
I know this thread is s few years old, but I can share some info I don't see above. I have been able to use Aloris AXA and Chinese approximately "A" size holders, but the only company I had a little trouble with have been Yuasa, but they have another advantage.
They have a wider dovetail...
I see that both of the chucks on page one of this thread have slightly different thread bosses.. the Buck chuck has threads that go all the way back to the spindle, and the Hardinge chuck has the threads relieved at the spindle end. Will both fit on a Hardinge fixture or lathe?
The Table is sold.. I got the asking price by the way, for anyone else out there looking at one, and wondering if it is worth selling.
Thanks everyone for the FS Forum

Any chance you have any paperwork on it? Anything to give away when to know it is locked? It feels tight by hand even when it is still possible to spin a mill. Turning the allen-key-lock a few more turns makes it hold fine, but hard to know when the happens by feel.
