That variable is to change the direction of angle adjustment. Renishaw doesn’t know which direction on every machine is positive rotation. That switch will change the output. Sounds like you need to change #4 = 1 to #4 = -1
Have you migrated your posts and definitions using the migration wizard? I seem to remember the wizard only looking back 2 releases prior or something along those lines.
What post are you using? But generally this handled in the control definition. I open the machine definition>then control definition.> make changes save control def.> then save machine def.> as a habit I re select the machine definition in the part file after I make changes.

The relative screen does not update. That screen is more a less a readout to help with setting up. Similar to the operator position page on a Haas. The absolute position page updates after hitting reset, if that offset is active.

So a .375 hole was undersize by .0025? Your expecting a lot out of a tool room mill. Slow down your feed and take a spring pass. Maybe even 2 spring passes.
This happened on 2 Mats with Siemens controls in our shop. I know there’s the Siemens/Yaskawa integration issue but both controls had to have the whole displays replaced.
