    Hi I have to make several split bushings: 100mm ID x 120mm OD x 100mm long The bushings have to meet the above +/- 0.002" and have no gap i.e. Split and then machined to spec. Any tips on how to do this would be great thanks eddie Ps The material : sae 660 and I have to make 10 pcs one off job.
