For Sale Phase Perfect PT-380
I purchased this to run a bigger machine that required more amps than my current smaller Phase Perfect could deliver. The bigger machine has been scrapped having never been powered up so I'm staying on the smaller unit. The PT-380 was purchased in mid 2015 but...
I've purchased 6 of these from him in SK16, compact and rigid, plated, smooth nut that doesn't put all your coolant in the air, what's not to like? The first one out on my floor yielded 33% more parts per endmill than the milling chuck I'd been using up to that point. A close tolarence, 70%...
I've looked through the haystack that used to be my desk for your number as well with no luck, I'm sure I'll come across it whilst looking for something else later. For the meantime, I've PMed my contact info.
Lucifer also makes good ovens. Lucifer Furnaces Industrial Oven Manufacturer - Heat Treating Equipment - Hardening High Temperature Furnaces
++1 on that. I have 2 Lucifer Doubles that are great and I'll also add they're a great company to deal with in general. Both the clerical people and...
Pretty sure that's a bad bet, seriously considered both the FPCC and the DMU 60T from that shop but passed. Heard a rumor that YZ in Pittsburgh got the FPCC D11 machine.
I had totally missed the fact that the parent machine shown was in fact an "A" machine not a a manual FP3. I'll happily retract the statement "well thought out platform" and statements regarding it's former use as a manual machine.
I may be wrong here, but I though the "A"s had a drive for X...
Really sorry Charles, I didn't mean to confuse you, I'll try to use the carriage return enough so you can get the point.
It's flattering to know you think my posts were all about you, however, that just isn't the case. The more you speak, the more apparent your lack of knowledge relevant to...
The machine shown has an inferior motion control package when compared to any "NC" or "A" series Deckel due to Fagor's use of rotary encoder feedback for positioning. Might as well save your money and get a machine built to a different standard. It would most likely cost you less than just the...
Can't compare the formerly manual FP3 machine in the video to any FPNC or FPA Deckel. The machine in the video has no linear scales, and maybe even plain screws. No gears on that one either? VFD spindle then, so no putting all you got to the spindle at any speed either. Not even a really clean...
Unless there's been a recent change, the above is in line with what I know as fact, and is more or less why the machine vanished from Evilbay prematurely on it's last go around.
