FANUC alarm PS0449
I can't find this alarm code in the "yellow books" or anywhere else, but this is what I'm getting: "PS0449 CAN NOT CHANGE IN NRC". This is a FANUC 32i model A control on a Citizen A20 VII.- Tom Lg

Drilling tiny, deep holes.
Recently I've had success drilling some pretty small holes, i.e., .0043"/.110mm diameter, through 321 s.s. workpieces of .026" and .029" diameter. I regularly do 0.27mm diameter but it looks like I'll be doing a lot more of this smaller stuff. I like to read comments. I'm hoping to learn things...- Tom Lg

"View profile" directs me to different member's profile.
I'm posting this because I haven't gotten a response when I have sent private messages to Milacron. I am member "Tom L." (Costa Mesa CA). When I choose the "view profile" option I am directed to the profile of a different member, "toml". I just want to bring this to the administrator's attention... -
OT: allergic reaction to nickel
I've been getting a rash on my hands and the tops of my feet. My dermatologist's current theory is that I've developed an allergy to nickel; he says it's not an uncommon allergy. I have a prescription topical cream that alleviates the rash. I'll be interested to read comments from anyone who has... -
