I'm wiring a old milling machine up for a friend.
No wiring diagram, but I took pictures of motor name plate and terminals inside pecker head.
I look up on line and it seems to me it's wired correctly for 230V.
Just want to be sure before I hook it up.
Thanks for any help!!

Hi all, hope everyone is well! I don't post here very often but read alot and learn.
I've got two 1/4-20 allen bolts broke off in 303 stainless.
I drilled a 1/8" hole in the bolts right down the center. I tapped a torx bit in the 1st bolt, back and forth and it came right out.
The second one...
I have a Wj200015sf VFD running my
Bridge Port Clone.
I'm hooking up the controls and have
the standard forward, and reverse hooked
up.
According to the manual when the run switch
is opened the drive goes into stop.
So far so good.
Now what do I activate to ensure the drive
won't...
I have a wj200015sf. This is a single phase input.
I got the mill running with the drive but I can not for the
life of me find where to set the speed / frequency and store it,
so when I power up the drive and press the run key on the drive
it starts up to the stored setting. Lots of info in the...
I'm installing a Home Standby Generator in a older home.
Service has been upgraded to 200 amp. In order to get
the correct circuits into the transfer switch and the breaker
box, from the old 100 amp service box, can I just use a 4x4 junction box
and wire nut extra length of wire to the existing...
We are in the process of finishing our new building and had the electric co come
out to ok the service entrance and hook us up. Everything went ok but they put in
a demand meter. We just run small fans, lighting and a once in a while we weld something.
Just wondering how the rate is calculated...
We have spools of #10 stranded. We need to add capacity to a existing circuit 220V.
Can we just pull two more #10 wires and parallel them with existing #10's to get to
our 50 amps. #8 will hard to pull thru existing conduit.
Not trying to be cheap, just a lot simpler.
Thanks for any advise...
I looked at digi key and mouser. Both out of stock.
The original part was fqb12p10 but Fairchild
says its obsolete.
I only need 2 to repair a control board.
Anyone know where I can get a couple??
Thanks for any help!!!

We have several fans for our livestock. They are
220V 1PH either 1/4HP or 1/3HP. We want to vary
the speed of them to control temperature better.
We look and find controls that cost $213.00
@ 7amps max.
Surely there is something out there that
can do this cheaper. There is no precision
here...
Just purchased this and trying to find what inserts this
uses.
Excello R8 Mill Cutter 1.9" 48mm base XLBN-200

What is the U shaped material called that you put around a electrical
hole or opening so wiring will not get chaffed?
My buddy thought it was called tray edging, but I can not find it
on Google or Ebay.
Thanks for any help!!

Hi all!
I'm going to improve the latch on my corn stoves.
I want to use a brass nut with a handle on it
instead of the latch cam system it uses now.
What brass should one use?? I'm thinking of using
a standard grade 5 bolt for the threaded end.
Thanks any suggestions!!

I purchased it from a Lincoln dealer and they used it
in their shop.
When pulling the trigger it just makes a small arc and continues to
feed wire. I don't think it displays any code or fault.
I have cleaned the tip and nozzle and all seems ok.
The welder sits in my unheated garage all year...
I have a Atlas 9x42 Knee Mill.

head is suppose to have in it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

We have a small air compressor that runs some
equipment. It is powered by 12V and pulls about
15 amps. The problem is the small pressure switch
will burn up from time to time. Can one put a
diode across the contacts to help with the
burning of the contacts, similar to putting a diode
across a...
