091 Reference Return Incomplete - B-axis Fanuc 18i-TB Nakamura Tome

Hi,

We have recently acquired Nakamura Tome SC-250 with Fanuc 18i-TB control.

I am getting 091 Reference Return Incomplete when trying to zero-zero B-axis on sub-spindle.

This axis for which a move command is made is in the interlocking state and can not move. Check if axes which leave travel amount are in the interlocking state or not, then remove the cause.


Do you guys know how to remove this interlocking state?

Does the machine have a parts catcher? Maybe that's not in the home position?

Try indexing the turret to get the Index Ready status on, then try the B-axis home.

On our Nakamuras the X-axis on both turrets has to be homed first before you can move the B spindle.
