That's an interesting looking taper attachment on the back. Looks like maybe three spots to set the left end of the taper slide, with a separate angle scale for each spot?
Also, the chain variator drive gives such a clean headstock transmission. Instead of being full of gears, it's practically empty.
The angle-tapered ends on the headstock oil tubing is just gilding the lily (if not taking the piss).
Very nice machine! I would not kick it out of my shop!
