acetal same as delrin

Doug, you missed the most interesting to machine of all... PTFE. As long as you don't have to clamp it. Or hold any sort of dimensions. Or cut thin sections.

Delrin has center line porosity in the center of rods, and also as a fine middle layer on sheet stock. You will prob not see it until the finish cut. Acetal is less $ that Delrin.
