Alarm 2064 during tool change

Hello,

I have a new to me MYNX 500 Fanuc 21M control with the umbrella ATC. I have been able to dry run tool changes but when I tried with an actual tool holder I got a 2064 WAITING TOOL POT SPINDLE/MAGAZINE SIDE ALARM & MAGAZINE POSITION ALARM. I was able to manually retract the ATC but have been unable to clear the alarm to reference return Z and get the tool holder out. Looking for guidance on clearing this error and any help with why it failed with an actual tool.

The Doosan I ran required the toolholder to be oriented correctly. One drive slot of the holder is deeper than the other.

That could very well be it. Anyone have any ideas how to clear the error so I can zero everything?

I was able to retract the ATC but can't move the Z to unclamp the tool until I clear the alarm.
