Cannot transfer file from USB Haas TL-1

No matter what program name I use I always get the same error message. "Alarm Disk No Program Name"
I use o00000 or 1001 or anything else doesn't work. I'm using the Haas turning post as well as Mach3 generic turning with the same result. I'm new to file transfer with USB so what am I missing?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check out this video. This is a different control from your likely, but same buttons. Find your program on usb and hit F2, select memory, and hit enter. It should ask to overwrite if a program already exists with that number.

DO NOT COPY PROGRAM TO 9000'S LIKE THE VIDEO SHOWS.
