Cincinnati Cinedo 210-14 Vertical

I have an hydraulic schematic in the manual, i just cant find the part where it branches to vertical head feed. There is a branch in the schematic for the vertical head counter balance piston and then there is a separate section of the vertical head luberication.

There is this motor what lubricates the head and circulates it to head sight glass, i have circulation there.

Do someone know whats under that plate where is big nut/bolt in the center?

I was testing the spindle speeds and when i Change them in order from slow to fast it changes fine, when i jump around with the speed change i get bad gear grinding sound, if i press stop and start again it starts all right. Seems like some gear shifter isnt always working properly

What is this knocking sound when the spindle starts?

I notice that when the feed motor is running now, its quieter than before. Last time i filled the knee with new oil to sight glass line.
I needed to refill it because next time i worked with the machine the oil level was in below the line. Maybe this also affect the sound?

I would be very pleased if someone has information of the oilpump and oil lines on top of the machine. The flexible oil lines changes to copper pipes, i took the connection apart and blew some compressed air, one copper pipe goes to some space which holds pressure, the other one just blow air through it and fumes start to raise below. The flexible lines wont pass air through.

I checked the hydraulic pressure and it was little bit low, 2-3 bars. I need to get a new pressure gauge and check it again. Now the speed change works better, just need to wait like 5 sec before pressing spindle start. You can see from the gauge when its changing gears from the gauge needle movement. I did many speed changes from low to high and high to low and had only one time gear grinding. Its alot better now

I can also see that theres oil in the right side of the colum in the vertical head fees box. Theres a hole where it drains there and it drips somewhere above also when i gave it a look with flashlight.

The knee feed motor is quieter than before and gives less vibration. Its still enough to get this annoying number jump on DRO...
