Citizen D25 Running Out of Coolant

We've got a Citizen D25 with an MH250 LNS chip conveyor. We keep getting intermittent coolant supply alarms. We don't have much coolant in the drain bucket of the chip hopper. The chips aren't clogging up the machine. It takes forever for the coolant to get through the two mesh screens.

Float switch seems to be operating just fine. Not sure we can limit our coolant flow any further. Any ideas? I'm wondering if the tank is just not large enough for this machine...

Thanks!

Look for any stoppage keeping fluid from the screens. There may be a chip dam not noticeable because it's under the coolant level.

If your cutting oil has seen better days, it can start to leave a crust on all the surfaces it touches. This can clog up screens pretty bad even though they don't seem to have a bunch of chips in front of them.
