Decoder for Kearney Trecker Serial numbers

Is there a method for decoding K&T serials numbers like on Cincinnati? Refer to this post for decoding Cincinnati serial numbers Or, is K&T serial number info only available through the "book". My Mdl 2D Rotary Head has a number of 6-9034. Any info on year of manufacuture is appreciated.

Find a copy of Serial Number Reference Book For Metalworking Machinery

Mine is an old dog eared affair given to me by a dealer friend who passed away some time back. It is from 1972 - has neat pencil notations of phone numbers to actually talk to famous builders over thirty years ago.

I just got a Serial Number Reference off Ebay but it's only the 1963 revision.

So they are out there. It's stamped Niblock Machinery- Elkhart Indiana.
