Dial Test Indicator working in one direction.

I have an Interapid .0005" dial test indicator that is working in the negative direction but not in the positive. This has happened to this and other Interapid indicators on more than one occasion. I just got this one back from repair and it's still not working (despite the calibration report stating that it was). Anyone know why the indicator isn't working properly?

well, what did they say they replaced on it?

Sounds like a great service to calibrate tools. Slap a sticker on it and print out indicatorreport.pdf, call it a day. Where'd ya send it?
