Guys, I am looking for the following:

ER16 collet chuck
Straight Shank - 1" diameter
standard nut

I cannot use the mininut!!!, and that is the only thing I've found available from all usual suspects, including the questionable brands.
There are 3/4 from Rego and Nikken ( probably Techniks as well ), but I'd like to not have to use a bushing.
This is on a lathe with 1" ID holders.

Thank You

Every single one I've seen is an ERM16. Why no mininut? It's usually preferred.

Does it have to be ER16? Rego makes a 1" straight shank ER20.

I use the coolant rings for through coolant tools, and the mininut does not take those.

I have the ER20 x 1" shank, but want ER16 for the smaller tools.

I only saw this yesterday poking around on the Haas tooling website because I was looking for a couple to put in my 1'' tooling blocks on my ST10.
they say they are made in south Korea don't know how nice they are.

Coolant ring as in the sealing disks for the collet face? If so Rego makes mini nuts that accept their ER TSC sealing disks.

If you're referring to the TSC adapters for live tools where you're turret doesn't have through holder coolant. Rego also makes their re-cool system in an ERM16 compatible version.

Yupp, them are the ones!
Downside: " Currently not available in your area "

South Korea though could suggest YG ...
I'll call my YG distributor on Monday perhaps they can find something out.

Problem is that I already have more than a couple sets of disks for the standard nut, and it is a heck of a lot simpler to stay with the same across the board.
These would be for stationary applications on the turret.

Yupp, Sowa appears to be another option.
Though it does not explicitly say so that it is a standard nut, part# 534-378 is an ER16 with 1" shank and hex nut.
The only "suggestion" for it being the correct one is that the nut OD is 1.26", which is a bit larger than the "mininut"

Anyhow, got mine in from YG yesterday, and they are exactly what I needed, fits the coolant nuts perfectly.
The part# for that was BN111

Thank You all for the help!
