For Sale; Royal lever collet closer locating ring, 5C draw tube

For sale is one genuine Royal lever collet closer locating ring. brand new. part# R185703
this is the toothed wheel attached to the spindle back end to lock the draw tube.
I bought it new from them a few years ago (they said they are no longer making this part). shortly after receiving it, I found the original part in the lathe's chip pan.
I payed about 150 plus shipping for this. 150 shipped continental USA?

also, a 5C draw tube, unmarked, very good condition, light wear, some light scratches and there was some rust on the exposed left end.
threads look great, no sign of significant wear or abuse. thrust bearing turns freely and smoothly. I believe this is Royal brand (same red hand wheel).
this was on a 40's? LeBlond lathe. dimensions as in the photo, can be shortened. 85 plus shipping.
