I admit that it is not a very well-organized book. Therefore, please use it only as a reference book. Refer to the INDEX and jump to the indicated pages. INDEX can be seen in the
'Look ahead" of the paperback version (click the paperback tab on the above link). "Look ahead" of the kindle version does not display the INDEX, but it displays 40% of the total pages.
