If you want CASH, you should say where you are. Not many people are going to put CASH in an envelope and mail it. So CASH customers sort of need to know what city you are in, for practicality.
BTW, it used to be a forum rule (I don't see it enforced since the forum upgrades) that you put your location in your profile so people didn't have to constantly ask "So where is this located?" in order to answer "Can I afford to ship this?".
