These two parts were originally misidentified by me as a B&S 18 taper. Thanks to gbent, michiganbuck,4GSR for correctly identifying the taper and for several others who pointed out my error in calling the taper a B&S18.

5C nose piece: Royal brand marking and 350 marking. 5c collet not included. $175 + $17.25 for a USPS medium flat rate box in the US. If my price is out of line, please educate me. PayPal or check/MO (will hold shipping till check/MO clears). More images in the original posting: https://www.practicalmachinist.com/...-collet-nose-piece-for-b-s-18-spindle.408777/

Spindle reducer sleeve: I checked the 5MT internal taper with a known 5MT arbor. Presume this sleeve to have been shop made - there is no manufacture's name or P/N visible. The internal taper looks very good and does not appear to have seen much use. $175 + $17.25 for a USPS medium flat rate box in the US. If my price is out of line, please educate me. PayPal or check/MO (will hold shipping till check/MO clears). More images in the original posting: https://www.practicalmachinist.com/forum/threads/fs-spindle-reducing-sleeve-b-s-18-to-5mt.408775/

$320 for both + 17.25 shipping (NOTE: heavier flat rate boxes tend to languish at the Detroit Regional USPS Distribution Center (sometimes for up to 2 to 3 weeks)
