I have these 2 taper reamers for sale. I do not know the taper; they are too short for morse I would imagine. No makings on them to help ID them.
They seem sharp, with good edges, no nicks. A little surface rust from condensation.
Asking $50 each.
I can take better measurements if required.
Maybe somebody can recognize them ?
Thank you,
Bob

These are shell reamers.

Whatever they were for, I doubt there was any intention they'd have full engagement- They'd be for reaming a taper into a thinner part or stock.

Overland,
NPT's are 3/4" per foot taper which is 3 degrees 44 minutes included angle. Angle on one side is half of that 1 degree and 47 minutes. With your dimensions given, not exactly right for reaming for pipe threads. Kinda close but no cigar. I agree with Garwood that these are shell reamers altered for a special project.
